The full Five Layer Diagnostic is a multi-week studio engagement. The Founder Reading is a focused version of the same instrument, sized for a single founder or leadership pair.
You bring the brand and the question. We bring the diagnostic. Ninety minutes is enough to read all five layers if we move with discipline, and it is the only format where the diagnosis arrives fast enough to be useful inside a single quarter.
Within a week, you receive a written summary diagnosis: where the archetype is expressed, where it is suppressed, where it has drifted into shadow, and the two or three operational moves that would close the gap. Built to be useful inside the company, not just on a slide.

We work the diagnostic together, layer by layer. You leave the call with the rough shape of the reading and a list of the questions worth living with for a few days.

Within a week, you receive a four to six page written reading of the brand across all five layers, with concrete recommendations and the language to take into the next leadership conversation.
